Jakubowitz Law IS HERE TO HELP SHAREHOLDERS WHO PURCHASED FirstCash, Inc. (FCFS)

FirstCash is facing a class action lawsuit alleging that the Company made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (a) FirstCash had made more than 3,600 loans to over 1,000 active-duty members of the military and their families at usurious interest rates above 36% – and often exceeding 200% – in violation of the Military Lending Act (“MLA”) and the Consent Order Cash America had entered into with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (the “Order”); (b) FirstCash had failed to implement the remedial measures imposed by the Order; (c) FirstCash’s financial results were, in substantial part, the product of the Company’s violations of the MLA and the Order; and (d) as a result of the foregoing, FirstCash was exposed to a material undisclosed risk of legal, reputational and financial harm if the Company’s violations of the MLA and the Order were ever publicly disclosed.

If you incurred a loss on FCFS common stock purchased between February 1, 2018 and November 12, 2021, this lawsuit is on your behalf. The lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, and our firm is reaching out to investors to discuss their legal rights.

If you wish to act as a representative of the shareholders harmed by this misconduct, you may ask the court to appoint you as lead plaintiff. A lead plaintiff directs the litigation and participates in important decisions, including whether to accept a settlement for the class in the action.

You only have until November March 15, 2022 to apply to be lead plaintiff. The court will then evaluate the applicants and choose a lead plaintiff. You are not required to act as a lead plaintiff in order to participate in any recovery.
